Program Narrative

Austin Town Hall is housed in the Chicago Park District Austin Town Hall Field House, located at 5610 West Lake Street, Chicago, Illinois. The program assists families by providing quality and affordable child care, education and health services for children age three (3) to five (5) years old.   Services are provided form 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday for parents that are working, attending school, or enrolled in a training program.

The program provides challenging educational opportunities, cultural field trips, computers in the classrooms, parent involvement, nutritious meals and much, much more. Children with disabilities are accepted and welcomed in the program.

Our program services forty (40) children and their families, and has been in existence since September 1992. Our goal is to continue to offer high quality, affordable child care, in a safe nurturing environment for children and families. Austin Town Hall Collaboration is truly a “family affair”.
